   This arrives very fast but I have to say my biggest complaint is that it is almost always turning itself on. If you open it it turns itself on. If you touch it it turns itself on. If you play with it for a minute and leave it on and forget to turn it off it stays on however it does turn off after several minutes. So I would say I love this product and the ease of switching back-and-forth from metric to American but my only complaint is that it's very sensitive to touch and will often turn itself on the even buy accidentally touching it or knocking it

   I bought this device to be able to tell the width of card stock for different tarot decks. I wanted to make sure the new decks I would create would be the same thickness as the cards I currently found easy to use. It's worked like a dream. The display was easy for my old eyes to see. I don't know what other people use it for, but when it comes to living in a town where you can't find a decent printer and ordering online takes your best guess, having this type of caliper makes all the difference.
