   Sturdy bracket and for the price I had to try them. I personally wouldn’t trust the wall anchors. A bike should be secured to the studs. What I did was attach a 2x12 to the wall and secured to the studs. Then I was able to space out the brackets exactly where I wanted them without having to go 16 on center for mounting.

   This is a great way for me to keep my "regular" bike at the ready and within easy reach, while still keeping my other bikes at the ready--but not in the way. I am now storing five bikes where I used to keep three. The hardware itself is well made. The rubber coating on the pedal hook seems very tough and durable. The wheel trays are a little short, but they do the job well enough. The screws and drywall anchors are actually better than typical Chinese fasteners. By that I mean that they are good enough to use for anchoring the wheels trays, if one pre-drills the holes for the drywall anchors. I made sure to mount the pedal brackets into wall studs with my own screws, since that is where the bike's weight is hanging. Another reviewer commented that these brackets are superior to other versions, because the screw holes in the pedal brackets are aligned vertically. I agree. If you can hit a stud, both screws will be biting into wood. I've had my regular bike in and out of the rack many times now, and it has become second nature to me. I have added a bungee around the pedal, to ensure that the bikes will stay in the brackets in the event of earthquake. This bracket set has allowed me to get the car into the garage, while still having easy access to my bike. Imagine that!

   Works great. I had to reinstall because I initially thought I could just mount it high enough to hold one tire and let the other tire on the ground. It was a mistake as it became unstable. I reinstalled it slightly higher so that both tires are suspended from the ground and the bikes just hung there nicely. Just like other reviewers, I used my own hardware for the cinder block.    Well made, sturdy and easy to install. Just locate stud at height you need and drill small holes to mount crank arm pedal. Level bike and mark where front & rear tires touch wall. Mount wheel support plates using the included screws and wall molleys. Gives us plenty of room to pull or car into garage and open the car door and walk around bike w/o hitting our heads.    I used the two pairs of hooks to hang two pedal “go-carts”. They seem really solid and with one side of each go-cart in a stud, they aren’t going anywhere. Only negative is two of the books won’t stay in an upright position when empty so can’t hang them with one person but still trying to figure out if anything can be tightened to resolve that. Still a 5 star for me.
