   At first I was unsure about this posture corrector, it seemed too simple and didn't provide much support. I expected this product to help hold my back straight when actually it provides a gentle pull to retrain your own muscles. After wearing it the 10-15 min several times a day, I am now able to wear it for a hour at a time with little discomfort. Does it rub under your arms? Sure. But the irritation is mild and can be controlled by adjusting the straps. At first I didn't think this product would help but after about a month wearing it on and off, I can tell that my posture has improved and I have even had others comment on the straightness of my back! I purchased this to help upper back pain in between my shoulder blades and to combat pain experienced when cooking and leaning over. So far this product has improved these areas tremendously and I would defiantly recommend it to others who are experiencing these issues! Overall I really like the quality of this product and expect it to last a long time. It has durable stitching and appears very well made. I do wish it didn't have the American Flag because it is made in China after all. Still a great, highly recommended product none the less.

   I've been having carpal tunnel issues and part of the problem is related to my posture. My job requires me to be on the computer all day long and I've been having carpal tunnel issues because of that, especially since the pandemic started. My orthopedic surgeon suggested a posture shirt, but those were too expensive and I saw this as an alternative.
   
   I like how this is a very affordable product and as I'm wearing it, It feels pretty comfortable. There are adjustable straps to both the left and right shoulders. It has a nice simple design and very easy to put on. It also provides support.
   
   I've only been wearing it for 30 minutes and so far it feels pretty good and it does correct my posture. My temptation is to hunch over right now but because of this posture corrector, I'm not hunching over Like I normally would.
   
   I'll update as I use it more, but so far so good and recommending it to friends and family!

   Because of the nature of my jobs (doing abrupt moves and carrying heavy equipment), I frequently suffer from back pain. I was looking for something to help, since my pain increases a lot when my back starts to bend after been standing for many hours. There are a lot of these new products on Amazon, so it wasn't easy to choose. But after reviewing many of them, I decided to try the Truweo one, and this was my experience:
   - As soon as I received the package, I tried it, but not for 15 minutes as they recommend... I wore it for around 6 hours and I didn't feel any discomfort at all! (I was wearing just a thin shirt)
   - The next day, I decided to test it on a more usual situation for me. So I put it on as soon as I got to Disneyland, until I got home. In other words, I wore it for 9 hours and didn't feel any back pain or discomfort, and I usually feel back pain after 5 hours of continued walking. I even felt the difference when I was seating on the attractions. (This day I was wearing a shirt and a thermal under the Truweo Posture Corrector, and a puffer vest over it.) It felt better than the day before.
   
   It's funny because you feel different, but it is because you are standing straight and not bended.

   *full disclosure - I was provided this product free for testing. However, I also have a desk job and suffer from diagnosed insufficient neck curvature which a) leads to the tendency to lean forward at my desk and b) leads to strain in the muscles in my neck and upper back as a result. I'm conscientious about the ergonomics of my work environment and frequently get migraines under too much neck stress. Thus, when offered the opportunity to review a product that could potentially have a positive impact on me, I jumped on it. That being fully said and disclosed....*
   
   Very easy to put on and adjust. Simple but effective. I wore it today while I was working at my computer and I could tell the difference. I actually wore it over my shirt but under a cardigan and it wasn't really all that noticeable. I was slightly uncomfortable while wearing it, but I presume it's because I'm accustomed to hunching over. My neck and back didn't hurt as much as they usually do after 6+ hours of a desk job. I look forward to continuing to use this.
   
   Update: still works good- elastic and Velcro still intact - though my use of it has waned. It does bunch up my shirt at the armpits making it a smidge conspicuous if worn at work under a blazer. It was wishful thinking, honestly.

   I received this product a few days ago and wanted to try it for a while before I left a review. So far I like it, it seems to work as advertised. I have been working from home for a while in a temporary office, without my desk and office chair, and was beginning to have back aches. I noticed I was not sitting as straight as normal, I had started to hump over at my temp desk. While looking for something to help me stand and sit up straight I ran across this product. It helps keep my shoulders pulled pack so I stand and sit taller. The idea is to help create muscle memory that will carry over without the device. I have noticed relief and better posture since wearing the device. Thre 4 star rating on the pain relief and comfort will go up I'm sure. I have noticed pain relief and I am sure as my posture improves it will get better. The comfort is just a matter of getting use to the device, nothing wrong with it. It mentions wearing it a little at a time until you get used to it. I have been doing that and it gets more comfortable as I wear it.

   I fell off a cliff 15 months ago and suffered several broken bones, among them 2 fractured vertebrae and a broken/dislocated right shoulder. The bones and joints have healed well at this point but I still experience severe myofascial pain and have muscles seize and stay clenched for weeks at a time. Maintaining proper posture has been literally impossible for me for a long time, as my muscles lock up and will not allow my spine to stack up the way it should. This is worsened by the fact I still don't feel a lot of the muscles in my torso (those that atrophied away while I was locked up in a back brace for months). This device makes it a lot easier for me to evaluate how my posture is in real time and stand up just as straight as is possible for me at that time. Been using it under a week and already I'm feeling a lot better, each day is a little better than the last. I have found it to be very comfortable as well, they recommend starting by using it 15 minutes at a time due to the potential for it to irritate your underarms (if you're wearing it under the shirt). I used it 2 hours my first time and got in two 4 hour sessions the next day and experienced no discomfort. Have already recommended to friends.

   Wearing it right out of the package for 1 hour did not cause pinching, binding or abrasion to my tender flabby underarm skin! Since then I have worn it up to 2 hours & more, especially while I am preparing dinner-chopping, reaching for pans-the stuff that has been causing me discomfort & more compensating bad posture. But I also can wear it over a non baggy sport top with the same result. More comfortable & supportive than my first visual impression. When putting it on I have to keep my long hair up & out of the velcro! I like the wider longer back tab compared to others, but I wish it had a small extension pull tab at the bottom as my one arm can not comfortably reach yet to untwist it when putting it on. It does not make you sweat under the straps-staying dry unlike back pack straps. Good posture makes me feel less pain! This is like having a personal spotter tapping my shoulder down & back! WOW! The memory phenomen is real!
