   I have struggled and suffered from back pain for most of my life. I remember being in school and my backpack being so heavy sometimes, that it was hard to carry on my back. I would have to rotate it from my back to my front while walking to or from school. The pain would be so intense sometimes it would distract me from class. All my brain could concentrate on was the burning and tingling sensation in my neck and in between my shoulder blades. I would try to massage it to relieve the pain but it was never enough. I would beg my little brothers, friends, and parents, literally anyone I could, to dig their elbows into my shoulder blade muscles. They could dig their elbow into my muscles for hours and I am telling you, it never was enough. The second they would stop the pain would be there again and hurt even worse. You know when your foot falls asleep and you get that fuzzy tingling feeling? Well it was like that, but more like pins and needles. It would tingle all day long and then burn all night from tingling all day it seemed like. Due to the heavy backpack, my posture was horrible. I constantly struggled with my posture, even into my adult life and to this very day. I try to roll my shoulders back on my own, but I always feel like I looked unnatural As if I was trying to hard, and trying to push out my chest. I have known for awhile now that I needed help with this, so I began to look for something to help me with my posture. My grandma use to warn me if didn't fix my posture, that I would end up looking like the hunch back of Notre dame! Nobody wants that! Plus in my adult life, my pain tolerance has dwindled from the many years of suffering from the constant pain in my shoulders. Enough was enough. I am so thankful I found this product! I have been wearing it ever since I bought it and I can already feel a huge difference in my posture and pain! So far the painful tingling and burning has almost completely gone away, as long as I have this brace on! It is so easy to use and put on, and even easier to adjust it all by yourself. The padding is great! Making it very comfortable, so I am able to wear this brace all day long without any discomfort. I was worried it would make me look/feel funny, but it helps pull back my shoulders and also looks helps me look natural while doing so. You can wear this easily over your clothes or under it, if you want or need it hidden. I especially love wearing this while working because I dont have to constantly think about and remind myself to pull my shoulders back, because this helps me automatically do so. Which also helps keep me pain free while I work. I can't say enough great things about this awesome product! If you struggle with your posture and keeping your shoulders rolled back on your own, then this is exactly what you need! Look no further! I promise you will not be disappointed. I have suffered for years with this annoying tingling and burning sensation and to finally have a break from it is Amazing! Beyond words!    I just received this yesterday. I have tried about 4 different supports to help keep the posture erect, including full back and two others similar to this brand. What I like about this is it has two loops on the horizontal back straps to thread each strap through to keep them in place, along with extensions for those of us who wish to secure the straps up higher. These two features also make it easier to grab the straps and loosen them when removing.
   
   It is flexible with pretty good padding, so it's not quite as stiff as some others I tried. Part of the straps are elasticized. I don't know yet if this is a good thing or not. So far it works for me. It has a slightly longer back area than the others I tried and since my back is slightly curved from slouching over the years, I find this helpful. Like others have noted it does feel like wearing a back pack without any weight.
   
   Like all of these kind, straps go under your arms, so you will feel it. If you pull it too tight it could be uncomfortable to some. I loosened it a bit and it is ok with the padding on the straps and still seems to pull back on the shoulders. Actually, when the shoulders are pulled back, I don't feel any discomfort under the arms. I think it probably needs to be adjusted periodically, because the body can shift during the day and also from day to day depending on activity.
   
   I will post later after I've used for a week or so to advise how I'm doing with it. So far so good!

   I am an active older woman (69), and while I learn about and work on correct alignment and posture in several weekly classes that I take (my Iyengar yoga, kendo, foam roller, hula, belly dance, jazz dance classes all require some aspect of good posture and/or spinal alignment), fact is I spend hours hunched over my laptop, or looking at my iphone. Over the years I have developed that awful "widow's hump"....and I know it isn't just an old person's back because I have seen it in much younger people who work on computers all day (both men and women). So I got this harness. The instructions and fit are simple to understand, will fit everyone, and I started wearing it the recommended 15-20 min a day while sitting at my laptop. Yesterday I wore it for 90 minutes while practicing dance routines. What this harness does is give you practice in holding a good posture for you neck and upper back/shoulders, such that you can train yourself to sit/stand properly naturally, the way you used to be when younger and before all the screen time in our lives. Frankly, I was also elated when I opened the package to see an American flag and the word TRUWEO (the company..?) on the patch in the back. I looked at several other products but decided on this one as it is made in the USA, and it did not disappoint! Great quality, ingenious design, easy to use. If I were a gym rat I would wear it in the gym while working out. It is not bulky so I likely could wear it under a tshirt in dance class or kendo but have not tried yet.    So far I really like this. I'm an ICU nurse. COVID has increased the complexity, severity and time consuming care for all nurses.
   The long hours we've experienced is taking a toll on all of us in some form or another.
   
   Your device has helped me tremendously. I'm 6'3" and 245 lbs.
   At first blush, I thought that this thing wasn't big enough to actually help me.
   But the radiculopathy was so bad in my arm I was willing to try anything.
   I am so happy that I did as this really helped me. The greatest relief is when I'm standing up. Sitting I get relief, but not as much as standing. (That is fine!)
   Your device effortlessly allows my rhomboids to pull and/or remain together. This helps to stop the formation of trigger points. Once you get trigger points it takes a while to get rid of them.
   Working in concert with my Chiropractor, my trigger points are already reducing in size and severity. Wearing the device is very comfortable.
   I can easily wear it 12-hours,+ directly over my skin without any wear problems. That says a lot as we work straight through without breaks sometimes.

   I have been using this product for 3 days straight all day and have found it very comfortable wearing it without being uncomfortable even under the arms.. The back part is adjustable so that the support going under the arms can be adjusted for small and larger people minimizing the pressure in the underarm area. It also comes with extensions for the supports that go under the arm to allow it to be adjusted for larger people. It is very easy to put on and adjust throughout the day if your activities change, for instance is you adjust it to be loser for sitting and start standing or walking for a long period of time.
   I have been setting my adjustments so that it is a slight pull when standing to suggests to keep proper posture but pulls a little harder when setting so that I want to keep better posture. Either way it is comfortable and when I first put it on I had it tighter so that it would give a stronger suggestion to keep good posture when standing but it was too tight when sitting but even then it wasn't uncomfortable. The thing that I found interesting is that after taking it off after wearing it all day is that I wanted to stand with better posture even after the first day which is what I should have expected but was surprised to feel after the first day. I am really interested in finding what my posture is like after a couple of weeks.
   I will suggest this product to friends and family who what to improve posture and help relieve back pain and I am planning on buying another for a family member.

   I don't usually write reviews, but I saw some appalling reviews from people who clearly did not read instructions. First of all, it is supposed to be uncomfortable, especially when you first start using it. You adjust it until it fits snugly when you're not slouching, but digs in when you do start slouching. This discomfort (when slouching) is what subconsciously prods your body to *stop slouching* when you start. Secondly, the instructions clearly suggest wearing it for short intervals of time (I started out wearing it for 15-30 minutes at a time) when you first start using it. This is so you don't hurt yourself with correcting your posture too quickly. You know how when you get braces in your mouth, you go back to the dentist a few times to tighten it? It's the same simple idea. Start small and slowly extend the time you spend wearing it. I can now wear it for up to 4 hours at a time without it hurting.
   
   If you think you can remember those two instructions and want to spend a relatively small amount of money and effort to correct your posture, this is the purchase for you.

   I was super doubtful about the effectiveness of this thing when I bought it. But it proved me so wrong! This is one of the best things I ever bought on Amazon. I've been using it for around 4 months and it really showcased itself during my busy season at work.
   I'm a tax accountant and during busy seasons we work up to 120 hours per week, including all weekends. I bought this because of the extended deadline to July 15 we were almost always in the busy season and I noticed how horrible my posture had become. This thing isn't too expensive so I decided to give it a try.
   Now, after busy season, I can say, this thing works! I think I still slouch a ton, but what's important to me is that it alleviated so much pain in my back and neck. I'd wear it from 8:30 am till around 3 am nonstop (just a regular work day), and when going to sleep, I'd feel NO back pain or neck pain at all! It's almost like magic!
   This is thing is comfortable, durable, easy to wash, effective at reducing or eliminating pain completely! I love this product! Even though I do slouch without it and it's become kind of a drug for me (I can't work without having it on), I think every tax accountant, accountant, or anyone who sits and works crazy hours absolutely must have this!
