The box was all taped up and was listed as such ... But the product inside was untouched and in PERFECT condition. Well worth the price and will look into finding out more about retrofits!!!
The only problem I had so far were spots on my pictures. I thought is was dust on the lens but it turned out to be dirt on the sensor. You can see the black dots in some of my pictures. I didn't want to go through the trouble of returning it so I took it apart and cleaned it myself. Now it is ok.
