The only thing that bothered me was the little screwdriver that came with it… it was too small for the screws that go in the wood. But, it wasn't a big deal for me because I already had the correct screwdriver in my toolbox. However, I could see that being frustrating for those who don't have their own tools. My cat loves scratchers, but he hasn't shown much interest in this one. Although, I don't think that should influence my review because it came quickly, as shown, and it seems to be made from quality materials.
