   This is a great litter mat that keeps from cats tracking litter all over the place. Seems to trap all litter off the cats' paws as soon as they step out of the litter box. My cats were tracking litter everywhere before getting this mat. Problem solved.

   I got the first mat some years ago, and it finally got a little scroungy looking. The new one is identical. I love that it catches litter or food (if you use it under pet dishes), and shakes out or wipes so easily. This is the very best mat I have found, and I have tried many. It's light in weight and flexible as well. It goes in my washer on the gentle cycle when really dirty, but can be wiped or hosed easily.

   These are very easy to clean. I just shake out the litter (back into the box, or outside), then put them in the washing machine. They do really tend to catch all kinds of litter (and other things!) well. I am buying several more for my litter boxes right now.

I made the mistake of tossing the first one after our cat threw up on it, and learned that we could have just put it in the washing machine. We like the gray side, since it matches the tile in our bathroom. Because it's reversible, the other side grips the floor, making it non-skid!

   Didn't have very high expectation when I opened the box and saw this item. But I was very pleasantly surprised when I went to clean the litter today. When I lifted the mat, I was shocked at how much litter came out and had been trapped in the mat! Seems to really have lowered the litter tracked around the house. I keep it directly under the litter box.
