   This pillow is amazing and gives my neck the best stretch. However, I would follow the directions about not using it for over 5 minutes the first time you use it. My fiance did, and his neck was a little sore the next day. He has slowly worked his way up in minutes and can lay on it a little longer, but we don't go over 10 minutes.

   The only negative about this product is the poor translation and limited instructions within the user manual...a common problem with Chinese products. As for the device itself, it's very good quality and does exactly what it is intended to do. For that reason, I didn't deduct any stars from my review. I was pretty skeptical about how much I would like this product, but after one use, I swear I could feel a reduction in the hump on my neck and it really, really stretched my neck when I use it.    I used one of these while I was doing PT from my sprain neck from my car wreck and knew i needed one. When i got it in i immediately had to try it. It is a little uncomfortable at first, but once you lay there for a little bit it goes away and thats when the real relief kicks in. I use it all the time and it works so well for my neck pain.

Now you need to do this consistently. I found myself using this when the pain is becoming worse but I should do this every day so that pain doesn't come back and I guess that is will be the challenge for most people.
