If you're a boxer/MMA/Fitness type person, this is a great workout tool. My only minor gripe is the leg elastics are little short for me being 6'2", but it's not a deal breaker for me as I get great use out of it.

   Who knows what the pounds of tension numbers actually mean. They should just label bands with super light, light, medium, heavy, extra heavy, or something like that. Aside from that, these are durable and versatile bands that have greatly expanded the range of interesting exercises I can do at home. I dont find myself replacing free-weight exercises, but rather using these for a variety of transverse plain movements like punches and bat swings (I made a simple wooden handle with a hole drilled through it and a loop of paracord to which I attach the bands for bat swings.)

But the ease with which you can attach the door anchor, and then the tubes with the handles is the best part of this whole thing! Anchor it, add the weight of the tube that you want and get started!For someone like me who is trying primarily to build upper body strength, this is perfect. I expect Ill have the same result using the ankle bands. Not exactly sure why I even ordered these.... I was just looking for resistance bands but when I saw this set , I decided to go for it. I dont regret it for a second!
