I have one of the big and expensive blade-less fan that I love. Got this because I wanted to experiment with moving soap bubbles around and didn't want to use the other one. This little unit pushes enough air for its size and the breeze is soft enough not to pop the bubbles. If I wanted a little fan for a child's room this would be nice. It doesn't make a lot of noise and seems reliable. It was worth the price.
