The blue color isn't as reactive as the others, but for some reason that seems to be the norm for UV reactive colors. I am very impressed by the quality and durability of these balloons. I decorated our basement with them for a glow bday party for my child, and made the mistake of telling her that she could keep the decorations up until the balloons deflated. It has now been 21 days and every single one of those dang balloons are still inflated. They will not die. I am not getting my basement back any time soon. 😅 Great buy for the money.
