We had a good spot to mount on our carrier in back, but hard to find just the right spot to mount on front handlebar to shine straight ahead because of the curvature of the bars. A little tricky to get charging cord end into the tightly fitted case, but seems weather tight so I will put up with the difficulty of getting cord end inserted. We have ridden more than 5 hours without needing to recharge. Never had any of them die while we were riding or fail to work great after sitting off for a couple weeks. I was very happy with the price. We did lose one off the back, probably because we hadn't pulled the rubber strap tight enough and a bump made it pop off the peg. Overall, a good purchase.
