   I feel like I ripped off whoever made this stunning item. This is really one of the most beautiful things I now own. Incredibly intricate handworked piece, very well polished. The bowl has darkened slightly since water was added but I actually like the contrast. The way the bowl fits into the base even, just amazing how well done it is.

   I really love the look of this burner…the gently rounded dish is easy to remove, clean and fill and looks great sitting on top. The flame is just the right distance to burn the oil juuuust right. (Too close and it goes up fast and stinks strongly, right?). So…it’s a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ oil burner….but there’s a BUT: After you’ve burned a votive, it will definitely take a pair of needle nose pliers to get the metal votive tray out of this thing! The engineering of this thing is SO PRECISE that you can’t even grab it with your fingernails. The votive will be about a half a millimeter lower than the burner, so it’s impossible to get ahold of it without getting wax remnants and burnt wick soot all over your fingers. FUN! I always have to scrape and finally bend the votive tray with needle nose pliers every single time to get it out, and no, there’s not a speck of wax in the burner’s votive tray….it simply boils down to it being too precise a fit for an Amazon votive to fit in…with the expectation of it being removed easily, that is…. Total bummer and I use the thing much less often because it’s such a freakin hassle to deal with changing a candle out.
