   My quality of sleep hasn't improved (my snoring never kept me awake), so I can't speak to that. One of the rating criteria is adhesion--It has small magnets but there's zero chance they will ever magnetize to each other without being WAY bigger. There's no way they could adhere through the cartilage. Comfort wise not bad, i did have one that had a piece of stabby plastic right below my septum but that could be easily remedied. Overall I'm a huge fan. My only real complaint is it is listed as a 4 pack and I only got 3.

   I used to be one of those silent sleep patterns, barely moving or making noise all night, so when my partner told me I was snoring like a bear...every night.. I was so embarrassed !! It was so bad that I started grinding my teeth at night to stop snoring... developed TMJ because of it... and tried EVERYTHING from air purifiers, super unsexy nose patches, leveling machines moist ... you name it. All were unsuccessful. So I looked at the reviews of this product, most of which were positive, so I think it's a price I have to lose. First night, light snoring...very light, second day... HAVE BEEN.... third night DONE... my partner suffers from insomnia and was able to see it live. I THRILLED ... very satisfied with this product. If it doesn't work for you, try it on another hand and make sure it's tight enough to put pressure on your pressure points. ! It's called acuPRESSURE for a reason.
