   I have used nasal clips for years now and I recommend this product highly. I cannot use anticingestant medication. Throughout my life, I have had multiple colds with nasal congestion. Since using this product, I rarely ever have nasal congestion. If I feel a cold and nasal changes, I continue to wear the clip throughout the day. Usually use them at night. I can still breathe with them w/o cpap. It opens up my nose somehow and makes sleeping much easier. I can't even tell they are there. Very comfortable. I haven't woken myself up by snoring so far.    my husband's snoring typically sounds like a jet engine. it is deafening to the point where i have stopped sleeping in the same room as him years prior. i have turned down his continual request to sleep beside one another. but we went camping one weekend so i had no choice to sleep in the same tent. he ordered these in preparation for the camping trip. i was truly skeptical as nothing has ever previously worked. but i am a believer now because his snoring became so subtle his sister who was sleeping in the same tent couldn't even hear it. i, too, was able to sleep throught the night and i am a very light sleeper.

The first time you feel like an insane amount of air is suddenly going in your lungs, but then it gets normal. It also stops bothering after. A few seconds.    I have been a bad snorer for a long time. When I was 35, I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. I had my tonsils, uvula, deviated septum and adenoids removed in one shot because I could not deal with a cpap machine. Snoring completley stopped but as I got older (now almost 50) the snoring returned because of all the weight I've put on. I figured I'd give this product a shot and for the life of me, I can't figure out how 2 little magnets wrapped in silicone open up my passage ways to where I am not snoring again.

   I have no idea how this works. I thought maybe it would be bigger and push the nostrils out but it isn't big enough. Maybe some kind of acupressure action? It stops snoring through the nose pretty well and I haven't awakened with a dry sinus headache since I've been using it. I think it would be possible to still snore through the mouth so you gotta know yourself. When I first put it in it feels funny but after about 5 minutes I forget it's there. Try it!

   I got these for my dad because he has always been able to clear a floor with his snoring. It got to the point we were getting a 2nd hotel room because I couldn't take it when we traveled. I seen these and figured they were cheap but had a good rating, well no more Grizzly Bear Snoring. He sleeps more comfortable and doesn't toss and turn as much either anymore. Totally worth trying, to see if they work for you or your loved one.
