So far I'm happy with it..takes a little getting used to but it would only annoy you while your awake because duh, you know you have something on your face/head. No issues while sleeping.    Apply the strap exactly as directed: fasten the upper strap first, then pull the lower strap into position below the back of your skull and tighten. Position the front of the chin strap just below your lower lip, and adjust as necessary. You will need to unfasten the lower strap when removing, and refasten when donning, but this is easily done and, assuming you've made the necessary adjustments as to fit, the rest is roses.

   The previous strap that simply wrapped around my chin and fastened on top of my head was constantly sliding off. It also seemed to pull my chin backwards giving me TMJ pain. This strap slides on easily and is adjustable both on top and behind my head, meaning it stays in place. The stress on my chin/TMJ is also much less. I recommend this strap.

   My wife informed me that I'd began snoring over the last few years so I got this to try and combat the issue. I've been using it for a few weeks and it seems to have fixed the issue. The fit is relatively comfortable. It ultimately just places enough pressure on your chin to where it's highly unlikely that you'll be opening your mouth while unconscious. If you're awake it's easy to open your mouth.

   I have tried at least a half-dozen or more different chin straps. Some were too bulky uncomfortable. Some were more comfortable but started to rip, tear, or became too stretched to keep using. This is the most comfortable and long-lasting chin strap I have ever used. As I write this review I have been wearing it nightly for nearly 7 months. It remains as comfortable as ever, has not started to rip and has not yet stretched beyond its ability to work properly.

   I am very skeptical about the anti-snoring chin strap. But desperate times call for desperate measures! My husband snores so loudly that I can't sleep at night. I wake him up or put a pillow on his head. it's painful! I tried some anti-snoring solutions. He is still snoring. Then I tried this anti-snoring chin strap and it was better than ever.
