   I've only had this pillow for 3 days but I fall right asleep since I got it! Its sooooo comfy! I've had other pillows like this in the past and they got so hot, but not this one! I love the neck support and I never had one that you could adjust! Really like this product! I'll update as I use it for longer if my opinion changes

   I've struggled with neck pain for years and have spent tons of money on chiropractors and PILLOWS, trying to find one that helped and didn't hurt. I finally settled on temper-pedic neck pillows and have used them the last 5 years or so. But only because my neck pain wasn't as bad with them. Recently, the pain has been worse so I set out to find another pillow thinking that perhaps there was something out there that would work.

   From the first night I used this pillow I am waking up consistently pain-free! It's amazing how much my quality of rest has improved, too, presumably because I am no longer being disturbed by pain in the middle of the night. I would highly recommend this to any one who is a combined back/side sleeper, particularly if they spend more time on their back than their side. The pillow does seem a little low/soft for prolonged side sleeping (based on my time spent reading on my side in bed), but that is after removing the center insert to make it as low as possible for when on my back (that feature is what made this pillow work for me - otherwise it would have been too tall). It may be perfect in its original form for side sleeping. I cannot speak to how well it works for stomach sleepers, as I never sleep in that position.

   After a few days of using it my husband pointed out I had the pillow turned the opposite way from the way the lady on the box was using it, so I tried it the other way. It felt like it was dumping my head out of the pillow and I woke up with back pain, even though that wasn't my issue to begin with. So I went back to using it the other way. No complaints when I use it this way. Like the pictures in the description, it can be used either way, so try it both ways and see what works for you. I like the large bumps by my shoulders. Comfy and supportive.

It helps support my neck while also providing comfort. I would highly recommend this pillow. It unfolded easily from the packaging and is easy to clean by taking off the cover of it.

It has really relieved my neck pain and can’t go without it. I was skeptical at first because I thought it would be too firm as I’m used to a feather pillow, but it’s perfect. It didn’t take any time to get used to it and loved it from the first night. A bonus is that it’s a great pillow for cpap patients who are side sleepers It keeps your head up instead of sinking into the pillow which always inferred with my mask. Can’t say enough good things about this pillow and how it keeps your neck perfectly aligned. Bonus is no chemical smell, so could use the day I got it.
