   I bought this because my window unit is directly next to my bed. Either I am freezing while its on or sweating while its off. I attached this yesterday and finally had a great night sleep with the AC Unit on. The deflector cools the room rather then it blowing straight on my bed. Im very happy with this purchase!

   I don't feel the bad adhesion of double-sided tape, like others have pointed out. Is it because the air conditioner is new? I'm wearing it tight.
   The wearing condition is as shown in the picture. I put a bed just under the air conditioner, but no matter how I devised it, the air conditioner was blowing.
   After installing the air wing, no wind hit at all. If you look closely, the wind from the lower side of the air conditioner louver was descending in the bet direction, but it seems to be squishy upwards with the wind on the upper side of this air wing.
   From the air outlet of the air conditioner it is located about 10 cm apart, but this performs its functions well. As it looks, you may be a little wondering.

   Because the loft is hot, I use it to send cold air to the loft too.
   I used it until before, but I changed the air conditioner so I bought it.
   
   Since the loft is wide and has 6 tatami mats, I use it as a room, but it is a loft to the last, and in summer it gets hot so you can not live without this.
   I put a circulator on the air conditioner and send the cold air raised by the wing to the loft.
   
   Previously, the arm could not withstand the weight of the wing and had dropped, but the one I bought this time did not go down. If it comes down, I think you can replace it because it is a defective product.
   
   As for the good or bad of the product, there is also a power supply for air conditioners, but it is very useful

   While I was in the kitchen for over 10 years, the air conditioner's wind hit my face a little bit, and I kept my mask on all the time. I couldn't stop sneezing and runny nose. Anyway, it was painful. I'm happy that the wind hasn't hit my face at all since I put this on. I didn't even think they sold such a good thing.
   I bought another one and attached it to the room air conditioner. Looking at a lot of photos, it was attached to the bottom of the air conditioner and it would fall off due to the wind from the air conditioner, so I put strong double-sided tape on it and put it on top

   Perfect for my needs, but kinda pricey for the feel of the materials. I trimmed the little “feet” attachments so the unit could sit lower on my air conditioner. It does a nice job, but don't be surprised when you get it, it's a light weight injection molded unit. I paid $39.95, and now I see it's listed for $49 and change. I would expect it to cost $19.99. But with that said, I'm happy with the purchase and still give it an overall 5 stars. It does what it says it will do.

   I wasn't sure it would work, but I was able to flip the brackets around and attach the deflector to the top of the air conditioner. It does not block the controls and it does a good job deflecting the air up toward the ceiling. The item seems a little flimsy, but once installed, it is not being moved or bumped, so it is adequate. It really helps, since our air condtioner is in a window pointing right where we sit.

   This will also work very well on a window unit as long as you reverse the position of arm bar. You just unscrew the sides and turn it around; takes less than a minute and requires no tools.

   It it overpriced? Yes. Are the instructions entirely in Japanese? Yes. Does it do what it says it does. Absolutely.
   
   My in wall air conditioner is directly next to my desk. In the summer I have to choose between having cold air blow directly on me freezing one half of my body or turn the air conditioner off to defrost my right ear. Although relatively expensive for what it is it is a game changer for those who find themselves "next to the vent."
   
   On day one I still flinch when the air conditioner turns on, but am pleasantly reminded when the air is deflected up and I feel the air gently circulate around the room rather than the right side of my face exclusively. Initially, I only expected this item to prevent the one sided chill but it has also had the effect of more efficiently cooling the room. You know when you need it and unless you are handy, just buy this item and save yourself from the half frozen effect.
