At first I thought I had to give it up because I saw it turn off after a few seconds, I would have been very sorry because I find it very elegant and discreet... and I thought:” but I can put the night to Pop your fingers or clap your hands to see the time?!?!” Absurd. On the other hand, in addition to having the setting for 3 different brightness, there is also the function that always stays on... fantastic!

   Love this little clock, just what I needed for my living room side table. I like that the wood is a very light color and the display is in a soft blue, not a harsh red or green like most digital items. It is just a nice looking block of wood until you want to see the time - then just give it a light tap and the display comes right on, stays on for ten seconds then goes off. I can also give a knock on the table, handy so you don't have to reach for it.

   I have two of these clocks (white light) and I've been using them for a few months now. So far I am happy with the purchase.
   The display is crisp, easy to read even in a bright room and stylish. There are three different brightness settings and two display modes. One shows the time, temperature and room humidity and the other cycles the time and temperature with the date. I have not used the alarm function but the speaker is fairly loud and the sound is clear, something which most of these cheap clocks lack

   It is designer, of good quality. The temperature displayed is about right, never more than one degree of delay (compared with 2 other thermometers). Same for humidity. The brightness is correct and can be adjusted automatically according to the time of day. I did not test the alarm function because it was not useful in my case. Great buy! I recommend...
