   I gave this a three on thickness and comfort, but those things are irrelevant for the purpose of this little plastic bed of nails. When I first opened up the package I was disappointed because the mat was shorter than I expected, and honestly, it looked kind of cheap. HOWEVER, I love this mat and the pillow I use even more frequently for neck pain and tension headaches. I am a very large woman and decided to use this laying in bed rather than on the hard wood floors so I would have a bit more give. It takes a bit of practice getting on and off comfortably, but once Ive settled onto the billion little stickers, it's amazing how quickly the initial discomfort turns into a deeply relaxing experience. And the pillow is a little miracle worker in it's own right, I get a lot of tension headaches and I find the pillow helps alleviate those even if its just behind my head in a recliner. But I really enjoy spending half an hour using both together. It also forces you into a meditative state really quickly as you give in to the pressure of all those sharp little points digging into your flesh. Once my session is over I not only feel physically better, but my mood is elevated. So, if your looking to get started on a more holistic pain management journey, I'd give this a try. It's affordable, more durable than it looks upon first inspection and is really the perfect size to get your entire back. And no, the sharp little nubbins do not break your skin, even if you are heavy. I would definitely buy this product again.

   I have several discs in my lower spine that are in bad shape. I am having acupuncture and it helps with the pain. I saw this and thought I'd give it a try. The price is right and what have I got to lose? I does work helping to relieve the pain for a while. It is not the complete answer to relief, but it gives relief for a period of time. I am using the head rest in my car and position it down on my lower back. It does make if feel more comfortable while driving.

   I can't honestly say I've found a "difference or reduction" of pain/discomfort... but I will say that's it is nice to relax on the mat for spurts of time and have actually found myself looking forward to it, especially before bed.
   
   The one I received doesn't have the Siven name anywhere on it... so not sure if I wound up getting sent something generic or not, but its serving its purpose for me.

   I have been searching for an affordable and reliable acupressure mat and pillow set for quite some time and was very happy to find this one for the price as most on the market today are overpriced, not made well, do not work, etc. I am 5'2” tall and had hoped this was full body length but it was only matted for back. I sometimes choose not to use the pillow during some sessions. It is a great product and I highly recommended it for the therapy and for the price...especially before leaping to pay for the ones being pimped out by reality or celebrity person(s). Give it a try for help in relaxation, detoxification of impurities, etc.!

   Cheap enough and functional enough to be a decent purchase.. I have chronic cervical/nerve pain and this helps alot actually if it hits when I'm trying to sleep. I have certain spots in my neck, shoulder, and even arm and hand that are very numb/tingle. I feel like I could stab these areas and it would feel good. Actually certain tattoos I've gotten felt awesome! So in other words, the spikes on this mat and pillow feel great for my symptoms. I actually have fallen asleep on it before.
