The main purpose that I purchased this leg massager due to leg swelling after long hours sitting in front of the desk. I can feel my legs are getting much better after using it for couple weeks. The only annoying part is the timing, this will turn off every 20 minutes although I can restart it, it would be better if there is no timing option.

I finally landed on these and am happy how much better my legs feel. I have runner knees and this could help to mitigate the pain. my legs are usually in a constant state of soreness. While it's actually massaging, it's a little painful (in a good way), however that depends on the intensity setting as well as how tired and sore your legs are, already. I'll use it more before I go to bed. Good buy.
