I think my face tingled, on first setting, for fifteen minutes after I used it! I only use it 5 minutes at a time as per directions. Mine came nicely packaged, nothing physically broken but I finally checked all the wands and the neck/arm wand doesn't work. No noise, no gas color, so I'll contact the company. My daughter has hair thinning from thyroid issues so wanted her to be able to try the comb when we see her next.
