   The camera is superb and I would encourage everyone looking at security cameras to check out their apps as I have done with several of them. The Kasa app is an exceptional app and it's the best app I have ever seen for a security device. I have since purchased and installed four Kasa smartplugs which use the same app. Kasa makes great products from the security camera I purchased to their smartplugs and other products. I highly recommend this camera!

   I love it! I mostly use it to keep an eye on my puppies when I'm not home. It has also helped me with solving mysteries! I lost my wallet and was able to look back at the footage and my daughter had put it inside one of her bags! It has great video quality. The only thing I don't like is the sound when you speak, it's very robot like and sometimes hard to understand. I have the yearly subscription so I don't use an SD card.

   Received it and couldn't get camera to connect to my Wi-Fi, then contacted their support which returned my call rather quickly. Unfortunately, they were not too helpful, but I played with it for a bit and finally got it to connect. Once that happened, it works the way it's supposed to, and I love it. Remote viewing and notifications work great. I can view live shots as well as recorded history from wherever I'm at regardless of a Wi-Fi connection.

   I bought two of the 2k 360º Panoramic View Robot Security With Built-In Microphone And Speakers Robot Security With 128 Gb Memoryto keep an eye on pets while I'm away from the house. I was absolutely floored at how easy it was to set up the cameras using the app. It seems like nowadays every app I use is over complicated. But not the Kasa app. Each camera was up and running in just a few minutes.
