The strongest setting is really strong and I don't even use that most of the time. Leaves weird marks on your hand after but worth it to me. Now I use it every 1-2 days, and frankly the massage is quite relaxing before sleep. I also like that there are no hard components grinding my bones and joints like some of the other massagers.

After using this massager at least 2-3 times a week, he has noticed a huge difference! Less pain and more range of motion. I use a mild setting, and he prefers higher one with more pressure. It's nice to have multiple options. Oh, and I love the heat option as well! Highly recommend to anyone who suffers from wrist pain.

My father and mother have both been suffering and the hardest part is getting them to actually try new things. However, I got my father a great back massager and that enabled him to start being open minded to other technology solutions for pain.    We love this machine!!! It's so easy to use and understand. My grandmother has very bad pain in her hands to the point they tense up and start to cramp horrible. One use of this machine and she felt instant relief. Uses her pain pills less now that we've owned it over 2 weeks. I broke my wrist when I was younger and sometimes I get a pain so bad, 15 minutes of this and the relief was amazing! Hand massages don't compare to this. We can take it anywhere and use it off the cord. We've gotten 4 sessions each under 10 minutes while we run errands or write any paperwork. I recommend this for young and the seniors.

   This product is very good for what it does. I spend copious hours on the computer writing for work and was starting to get a lot of numbness and tingling in my hands, as well as pain in the wrist. Using this machine feels very nice and it can get in deep with higher levels of pressure (I use 3 and 4). Combined with active rest (this thing won't cure carpal tunnel but it will help relieve a lot of the issues if you also rest your hands), the issue is much more manageable. If I had one complaint, it would be that the size is not the best for small hands like mine - but it does get the job done.
