I have found this pasta machine to be very good. It easily clamps onto the counter for stabilizing it while rolling the pasta out. It comes with a cutter that will make spaghetti and wider noodles. Both cut great. Clean up is a breeze, I just wipe it off with a dry towel, or use a pastry brush for any bits left in the cutter. I don't see a need for a motor or for a pasta machine that hooks up to my mixer. This is simple and easy to use.
