I didn't realize how important that muscle is to both activities until it started hurting.    I didnt expect this thing to wreck my forearms like it did for the first week or so, it really works well. String start is nice, but not necessary. But, I wish they would make the top cap where the counter goes on the fancier ones a container with a lid to store the strings. That would make this even better.
