Was a little big for my wrist even when I took a link out. I have medium to large bones, so I'd characterize it as more of a bracelet watch than one that fits more tightly. It's probably the only slight downside - the face is large so it tends to sit underneath my wrist because of its weight, rather than on top. Not a problem for me.
