   I am so impressed! It’s very easy to install with written and drawn directions, even I could do it! It really transforms the shower into a spa, I love starting with the rain then using the massage setting to ease my back while I let my conditioner sit. The handle attachment is easy to use and a great energy saver, this is important to me because of my chronic illnesses it makes showering much less of a chore. Compared to others I looked at this one was so affordable and I’m a very happy customer.

   I first installed it as is[with flow reducer] and it was okay . I then removed the flow reducer and wow what a difference! If I turn the water on full pressure it stings. I work in the construction industry and can get quite sweaty and dirty at times . Using this shower head I get twice as clean in half the time,so I figure the water usage balances out pretty closely and the massage feature feels great.

   VERY easy to install. Mine was missing one of the rubber gaskets needed, but I grabbed a pack at my local hardware store for a couple dollars. Installed the whole thing in maybe 10 minutes total. Value for the money is incredible, it’s a really nice shower head that feels like it should’ve been a lot more expensive.

   We had a good run with them, but I couldn't adjust the one in my shower at all, so it was stuck on the mediocre spray setting, and the other in the guest bath had always bugged me because it was a weird oval shaped thing that might have been meant for a rain shower, but an old roommate had screwed on my wall shower when I was at work, and since it wasn't my bathroom I let it go. But once they were long gone and I went to clean in there I realized I really missed having a hand-held that I could use to rinse down the walls and tub.

   This shower head and hand held unit adapted well into my shower stall. It was easy to install, but more importantly, the spray was very gentle at all settings for both the wall unit and the hand-held unit. Also, it includes a water-stop setting so that you can suds up easily and doesn't require an additional water stopping unit. Furthermore, the built-in water stopping setting does not hold back big amounts of cold water rushes when the stop is released. When the water is released, you get a continued rush of warm water! And, the hand-held unit sits at an angle just right for myself. I am tall and I am very comfortable washing my hair under the rain without straining my back like I would have to do by using only the wall unit. I highly recommend this particular product/brand.

   I’ve been using this product for a couple months now and I am more than impressed. I saw some of the other reviews and thought they didn’t do the product justice by bashing it. For this price you can’t find anything better and if you do, let me know ASAP so I can order five of them. I’ve used shower heads twice the price of this and even more and this is much better. Very easy installation and absolutely no leakage. 2 shower heads and both work well if you follow the simple instructions. And guess what, lifetime hassle free warranty program. That’s the sign you’re in the presence of a quality product because the company has faith in themselves. I might order more before they go out of stock or bump the price up.

   The twin shower was easy enough install and didn't take more than 45 minutes, considering I'm short and 65+. I had to take it apart a few times to add some plumbers tape to each of the connections. What tape was included in the kit was not enough. The kit was also missing a washer. Fortunately, I had some of both in the house.

   Wow is all I got to say, It’s super awesome, so I was iffy as I ordered, price to good to be true. As it arrived, the box looked terrible (art work) and cheap. The item was lightweight. So I still wanted to give it a shot so I installed. OMG it’s AMAZING!!! Great Pressure with both heads on and super pressure with one. I LOVE it so much I reordered 4, for the kids and my mom and they love it too. Tips: Be careful not to over tighten the unit is plastic, it only needs to be tight enough to press against rubber gasket. I have a water softener so I removed the screen gasket and put in regular gasket (extras in box) then I removed the regulator as well (lil piece of metal where water comes into the manifold, smaller than the gasket). Do not do if you don’t have a softener. Great Product, Great Price, Great Design. * * * * * 5 STARS
