   This is the perfect yoga prop for those just getting into headstand. It is best used up against a wall for those folks that are brand new to yoga. Should not be used as a replacement for regular headstand on a regular basis as this could build up bad habits. Folds up nice and flat so it stores and travels easily. The only negative is that this item and the postal worker left it propped up against the front door of my office building, clearly seen from the street, on a Saturday morning.

   I loved absolutely everything about this product! I was going to buy the more expensive wooden one, but this one seemed like it would fit my practice more. There was little to no set-up, I'm very glad I didn't have to built or needed tools to put it together. I love the handles on the side and I feel no strain on my head or shoulders when practicing. The suction grips on the feet make it easy to use and gives me peace of mind about its sturdiness. Also I love the fact that it folds up. It makes it so much better for me to store away when not using.

It's easy to lock into place, and it has suction cups on the bottom so you don't have to worry about it moving around on you. Padding is plenty comfy on the shoulders, and I love the hand grips. I'm getting to explore positions that I otherwise wouldn't, and my core is getting stronger for it. Collapses down for easy storage. Would definitely buy again.
