They're big enough to put some swagger in your walk and everyone you walk past will do a double-take, but not SO ridiculously huge that it looks fake...I'm obsessed...I ordered a size Large and I am 5'0 and 125 lbs after reading in the reviews that these run small, and these fit perfectly! I now feel confident buying any style of pants knowing I won't look like a sad square back there. I bought 4 and doubled the pads to keep it proportional to my body. I do hate that I have to be careful that no one touches my butt but I'm always on alert. This is a good purchase! If you have a little butt, I'd just buy 3 before just “trying it out” I'm a size 8 in women's and got an XL, very comfy!

I'm normally a Small, Small/Medium in butt and got XL. Fit great, fit over leggings so even more comfortable. I haven't tried these not over leggings so can't speak to comfort on skin. But my butt looks realistically more juicy. Get these, if they don't fit just retune them. I'm buying more.
