   These collars are my favorite training collar that I have ever purchased. They are very worth the money, the company's customer support is great. I do not use the shocking mode so therefore I like how you can insert the prongs only if you need to use the shocking mode. My dogs are trained to listen & come to the beep mode. You can adjust the volume and vibration level which is great. If you do use the shocking prongs, I recommend reading the instructions well & to not have the level all the way up. I use level 8 for the beep and vibration mode and my dogs trained very quick and easy after one shock of level 8 they knew to listen and the shock mode was no longer needed. You can adjust the collar size & the material can easily be cut to a shortened length. (As long as it is not tight on your fur baby's neck) 10/10 recommend!

   I was excited to purchase this item for my 18lb & 65lb dog, but was very uneasy with the weight of the receiver and putting it on the dogs' necks. The collar felt light but once the collar and receiver were pulled out of the box you could feel the heaviness of the receiver in your palm.

   I bought this a few weeks ago for my 2 labradors. One is 100 pounds and the other is 70 pounds. The tone is loud enough to get the dogs attention, the vibrate last a good 3 seconds and can be felt well. I've only had to use the shock once and it seems to have worked well enough that hes not willing to leave the yard anymore. For the most part it works well with just vibrate (it's that good). The charge seems to last 2-3 days on collars and remote last a week or better. They usually charge up in about 4 hours from being dead. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Shipped within 3-4 days as well. The collars come with 2 different size shock pieces and a silicone cover for either set. When they are close to dying the light flickers on the collars really fast to alert you.
