   This newer model is more sleek with a rubber like collar. My dog is an incessant barker indoors/outdoors which was driving me and my neighbours crazy! It only took one afternoon for her to stop barking! Once the collar adjusted to a level that worked for her it was peace and quiet. This has changed my life and my dog is much calmer (so am I).    I don't want to leave it on all the time because my little man will let me know when someone is approaching my house. I'm trying to use it to break him of barking only when I am fixing his meals. It's pretty easy to use except that when I turn it on or he sees me with it he takes off.

   Bought for my barking border collie with thicker long hair. Was thinking I'd have to trim her hair to have it work and I didn't. When I do use it, I know that it works because she is much quieter. I don't use it every day because she is smart enough to get the hint for a bit and not bark at literally everything for awhile after use. Love that it is rechargeable and I don't have to constantly replace batteries.
