Absolutely a must have! Worth every penny! Don't think about it, just buy it! Amazing results and fast results that are lasting! I was seeing results after just one use. No irritation while applying this product to teeth. Applying the tube of of jel to your teen is pretty easy and doesn't tast bad. One jel tube lasts for more uses than instructed. It goes a long way but I use mine sparingly. I applied it every day for 6 days for 32 minutes. Yes its a little annoying having to do 4 sessions of 8 minutes every day but it's totally worth your time. Mouth guard fits comfortably and you will have a lot of saliva build up in the 8 minute session but the mouth piece will keep it in your mouth pretty well. The results are worth every minute of your time! I waited a month to do another 6 days worth of sessions. Yes I'm not following directions properly but I do feel like I waited long enough to start again. I have enough jel to finish my week out. I'm on day 2 of my 2nd round of sessions. The last photo taken today. Keep in mind I smoke and I drink a lot of coffee and tea. My teeth were so yellow it was disgusting! I will forever use this product and I'm never going back to yellow teeth again! I paired this with a tooth cleaning tool kit off of Amazon for stubborn plaque. Hope this help you.

I then had to travel and have only been using the product a week since I returned and am at about shade 5. Huge difference is visible. I did purchase refills for the gel that comes with the prodcut but will probably not use all of the refills. My teeth were very yellowed from coffee/tee/nicotine and are now very normal looking without looking overly white like veneers.

I bought this as I wanted to get rid of stains and it was recommended for sensitive teeth. I had previously tried Crest white strips but found they made my teeth really hurt. Glo brightening did not make my teeth hurt. It is tough on the lips though. They provide a lip balm to use. However, the lip balm is mint flavored. Mint lip products can be really irritating. I ended up using a heavy lip product without mint with Glo. At the end of the five days of use, my teeth did whiten about three shades and I am very happy. It says it takes 8 minutes but you repeat the 8 minute treatment 4 times in a row per day. So, the full treatment is 24 minutes per day for 5 days.
