   Install your own wall hook high enough that you get at least one feet space between the stretch cord and edge of your pool or coping because if the cord rubs around the edge it will eventually tear off and also you should not stretch too fast like by jumping into pool or something. If your pants size is above US 38 I don't think this belt will fit well. Overall I am happy with this tool. I could easily cut and adjust it for my application and now it lets me swim for an hour or so comfortably.
