But it always starts with a grinder and the right technique for grinding it.Professionals Baristas always prefer a manual grinder due to being able to control how thin your grind can be.

Features:

The over-distance two-point fixed bottom axis makes the concentricity better and the coffee powder grinds more evenly; The double stainless steel ball bearing and the cream-like rotating system make the grinding effortless; Each product will be manually calibrated before leaving the factory. Concentricity checking will be carried out to ensure product quality.

Without any plastic parts, the body of grinder is all-metal. The one-piece aluminum body is sturdy and durable; the 420 stainless steel grinding core avoids the problem of easy fracture of the ceramic grinding core during the grinding process. Its life is 5-6 times longer than ordinary grinding core. You can use it for many years without replacement.

There are three colors available; When you grip the bean grinder, you’ll feel it’s hand-touching because of the the upper diamond pattern design. The middle vertical pattern makes twisting more convenient. The bottom smooth pattern keeps the powder more moisturised. The solid wood handle is more comfortable to hold, and the black walnut improve the value of collection.

I really am impressed with this. It was my first manual mill so I didn't know what to expect. I really like how easy it is to change the gap size on the mill itself. Only thing I dislike about it is that it comes with 2 jars and only 1 lid. I get that some people might mill immediately before they make coffee but I like milling it for a couple days ahead and I can only do that for 1 kind of coffee.
