   I'm 5'6”, 270 pounds. I've had rheumatoid arthritis for 12 years, the main damage being to my knees. Any amount of time standing causes a lot of pain, with my right knee locking up on me. This wrap is absolutely excellent. It gives me stamina and stability. I highly recommend it. I measured my knee and the chart recommended a size large. I was hesitant, because of my size but I've made the mistake of buying too big on other products. The fit is perfect, I usually forget it's there. It arrived on time without issue.

   This brace works for me since I have had knee and leg problems from birth. I have found it more comfortable by wearing it over my stretch pants while walking or exercising. Since my leg is bent inwards at the knee it still slides down after wearing it for a couple hours. That is my fit problem not the brace's. I am considering buying a second one as there are times when both knees need a brace at the same time. Age and arthritis are not my friends.

   I purchased this for my daughter who does ballet and has a knee cap that tries to slip out. Her other braces weren't enough and there PT suggested something with a little more padding along the knee cap. She loves this brace!    I got this brace because I previously subluxed my patella and now it has a tendency to sublux or dislocate quite easily when I exercise.I've tried several knee braces both inexpensive and quite pricey. This fairly inexpensive brace (comparatively) is my favorite. I just Sport Epitact Knee Support Protector Sleeve (through mud, water, rough terrain, and many difficult obstacles) and it held my kneecap in place wonderfully. After getting wet, it didn't shift or get overly waterlogged. It was very easy to make small tightning or loosening adjustments during the race. As a bounus, because it's quite small, it was very easy to clean so it's ready for more exercise!

   This brace helps to stabilize my left knee, by supporting the patella. I am scheduled for knee replacement in a few months, and am glad to have this brace to provide support and reduce pain during such activities as cycling, hiking, exercise class. It is very quick and easy to put on, take off, adjust. It could be used for either knee, and the support could be put on the inside or outside of the knee. I find it quite breathable.

   My workout life has changed thanks to this brace. My patella doesn't like to stay in its assigned seat and this brace helps it stay on the correct track. I now leave my zumba/beatboxing classes in little to no pain or swelling thanks to this brace! It allows me to work harder because I'm not focusing on the pain. I still modify some things, like jumping, but I can squat lower, lunge, and move like never before! Physical therapy didn't even help me this much!!
