Our oral-facial therapist recommended that they use first-aid tape to tape their mouths at night for better sleep but the first-aid tape leaves a residue and is painful to remove. They love that the Somnifix are easy to get on and off, and have a mesh area that allows you to breathe if you should feel anxious about having it on. I notice that my son seems more rested after he sleeps with one on. We use them several times a week and I'm just glad that the kids feel comfortable with them. I think it's reduced his nasal congestion which comes as a result of the heavy mouth breathing at night. A great product and a good value.

Takes a few days to get used to as you would expect, but even on the first night I slept well because the improved nose breathing compensated for the odd feeling of something small in my nose. After a few days I was used to it though.
