   Its only day 3 but it worked each and every night keeping my airway open, and my sleep has been snore-free. Im normally not a snorer, but since starting prescribed sleeping pills for insomnia, here we are. My husband is so relieved something is finally working! Ive tried breathe-strips and nasal passages openers, and am so happy I finally have found something that works, and at a completely reasonable price. My jaw is a little sore and Ive woken up in discomfort a couple times but I can already feel my jaw getting used to the new position its being held in, and the instructions said it would take up to a week. Bottom line, would totally recommend if you are striking out with other products.

   This does work for me. I cannot sleep on my back because when asleep my jaw relaxes it cuts off my breathing. I was using a CPAP because of my moderate sleep apnea but i hated it. This mouth device works by holding my mouth in its normal posistion. I did not jut my jaw forward as the directions say to do. The device is uncomfortable but so is the Cpap. It is harder to swallow with the mouth piece in but not impossible.

   Wow this really works! My wife was constantly waking me up in the night to tell me to stop snoring. I was not getting good sleep. I tried the Zyppah device that I ordered from radio ads, but that only reduced my snoring intensity and was not comfortable. I constantly spit the Zyppah out in the night. This device, although similar to the Zyppah works much much better! It fits, and it stays in my mouth all night. I cannot believe the difference! I sleep completely silently and wake up feeling well rested.

The first few nights, could only wear a couple hours at a time due to being so uncomfortable, but after two weeks was able to wear it all night. Your jaw will hurt in the morning until it adjusts again, but will be normal again after 15 minutes- half hour. I am very pleased with this product.

   I had severe sleep apnea. My husband said that when I used it, I didnt stop breathing nor snore. My pulmonary specialist wanted me to wear a C-pak which I could not do. I asked him if we could do another sleep apnea test with me wearing pure sleep. We did and now my sleep apnea is very mild. I wear my mouth piece every night and do not snore, stop breathing and I feel rested in the morning. I just purchased two more one for my brother and one for my sister-in-law. They love it

   I got this to stop snoring and to get my wife to stop waking me up because I snore. My ENT said because I switch from nose to mouth breathing when I sleep there was nothing he could do except for me try one of these devices. A few things to keep in mind I have a slight over bite. I drink alcohol about every night which my ENT said "that is not helping". Ive already had my dieavated septum corrected 8 years ago. With this device I can still enjoy my adult beverages each night. They say to expect 1 to 2 weeks to get used to the device. It only took about 2 days for me to get used to it, It doesn't bother me at all. You will notice your tongue will be more forward in your mouth which is what you want. I haven't snored since I have been using this device. I have had this device for 3 months now and use it every night. My wife says all she can here is my breathing which is good. I will say this because I have a slight overbite my teeth are still a little tingly in the morning because my top teeth are holding the bottom teeth and Jaw forward all night, the tingling does go away a few minutes after I remove the device. The device is comfortable and doesn't bother me when I'm sleeping. Actually I sleep better and longer and dont get woken up by my wife anymore. Its really easy to mold this device. it's designed to fit snugly to your teeth so when you mold this device for the first time it's important to keep your teeth still so the device cant fall out of your mouth when you sleep. I have never had the device fall out while sleeping. I highly suggest reading all the directions first before you start the process and follow them to a T.
