   I have frozen shoulder and was looking for a microwave heating pad for it. Well I found this beautiful and soft item that fits around my neck and down my arm. Pretty enough to wear out .. kidding ... but its that pretty. Heats up in a minute and a half and lasts for a really long time. Maybe 20 minutes. Comes with a bag to store it. Oh and it goes in the freezer if you need cold therapy. This was a great find. Priced right. Smells wonderful. Feels amazing as part of my therapy. I say BUY it. No regrets. I love mine. So will you.

   I use this heating pad every evening and every morning when im having coffee. The BEST feature is the sewn compartments, they really keep the filling in place and helps to maintain position. I can easily walk around with this on and even turn my head side to side, something i was unable to do with other pads in the past! My children love warming this up and placing it on their bellies when they are tired. We have been using it constantly for the past few months and it remains looking and feeling brand new!!!

   I am in therapy for Frozen shoulders. After therapy they would ice me. My daughter told me about the heating and cooling wrap she bought from Amazon. She showed me a picture of it and I ordered it also. I put mine in the freezer so when I come home from therapy , I throw it over my shoulders to take the inflammation down. It also gets me out of therapy earlier I can do my Icing at home while I'm having lunch ! It stays cold for 20 to 30 minutes. I took it in to show the therapists what it looks like and they all thought it was a really nice idea. :-)

Those who complained about the smell did not follow directions. Use the bag it come in to heat and heat for 120 seconds then let rest 20 seconds, repeat 3 times. Will not disappoint!

I showed her this, read the reviews, and though it worth checking out. The two issues were would the weight be too much on her neck, and would it sit in place. I can tell you she loves it, heats it up at home, at work, it sits perfectly in place and the weight has turned out to be a comfort. Based upon our experience this is a winner, would absolutely buy another if needed! PLEASE read the instructions on use, it makes all the difference for longevity.

   It is very soothing to sit back and relax with this wrap. It even stays in place if you need to get up and move around. After heating, the wonderful lavender scent is perfect for stress relief. I appreciated the simple & clear instructions. The founder/owner of the company sent a personal note to be sure I was pleased with the product...how's that for customer service and a company that cares! This pillow is the perfect weight and size to rest against ones neck creating such a beautiful warmth!    This is a glorious microwavable heating pad for neck and shoulders. It's weighted. It's scented (mild lavender). I often forget I have it on well after the heat is gone, it's that comfortable. My one issue, which has nothing to do with the product, is that my heating pad did not come with a bag, as advertised on the product box, to use to protect it in microwave and freezer (yes, it can be used for icing a sore area as well). I contacted the company, and they sent me a whole new heating wrap b/c the bags were not available separately. It was reassuring to know that Geniani stands by its advertising.
