I love it. Its a beautiful knife. And it delivers a chop. The look is very handmade and adds to the personality.
Get a thick resin chopping board to help this guy do your work.
The only issue is that the knife is a little bit heavy for me. But all my other light knives cannot cut meat easier than this one.
Comfortable in the hand- well balanced. I have used it on bison, beef, pork, bacon, apples, kiwi, tomatoes,even grapes! You just have to remember to wash & dry it right away. I treat it just like my cast iron, oiling after a wash. The sheath is a nice bonus.
