   I suffer from muscle tension in my mid back and shoulders. I've tried a lot things to relive it. I see a chiropractor twice a month and it works for a short period. So I've been using this for a few days. Level one I found was very easy no problem so I went to level 2. Five mins maybe a few longer and what a difference. The little spikes people complain about...those are for your trigger points to help with tension, those are awesome for that. Mid back I just scoot further down so the arch is at my back, use a pillow for your head.
