I thought I'd try this. It works great. It stretches my back out, if I move up or down to adjust where my back hits it on certain areas I can get some areas to pop to give me relief. Also, as I'm thinking about it now, since I've been using this, I haven't had the extreme burning I had daily like I did prior. Definitely recommend
