   I have ruled out other braces methods because of the tightening mechanism. I have to deal with those buckles enough with my son's diaper bag and car seat that I know the velcro that comfybrace uses will be a breeze. Having used it now, I can assure anyone that the velcro is very strong and will prevent any attempt to slip with extreme resistance if it is that it is too tight. The velcro feels like a softer one designed for the customer's hand and is nicely stitched with other materials. The straps also have great quality fitting tabs like the logo on the spine. This extra effort in the label really makes it sound like a quality item.

I bought this hoping it could aid me in straightening out. My expectations were low. oh the change in my posture has been astonishing. It's better than it's been my whole life. You really have to commit to using this consistently. It's not the most comfortable experience but it's a corrective measure that is worth the discomfort for a short time.

I actually got tighter over time wearing them, improving my posture even without the upper brace. I don't think this is the ideal solution for people with poor posture - weightlifting exercises for the chest and upper/lower back are the best solution - but for those who don't have the time or means to achieve it. . that. gym, this is an affordable alternative.
