I did a lot of researching, including looking at eye creams from Versed, CereVe, Olay, Neutrogena and many others, including specialty brands. Well, THIS one came the highest rated. After 3-4 weeks of continuous morning and evening use, I have noticed smoother, brighter skin under and around my eyes, and a reduction in the fine lines. I will definitely keep using this and I would definitely recommend.

   It is not oily, and it only takes a small dot to moisturize the area around both of my eyes. I also dab, with the same dot, my forehead and outside the corners of my mouth to ensure I do not have dryness in those areas. My dermatologist recommended this moisturizer as one that would remedy that dryness, and it did. I am very pleased with the performance. And I do not need to use a lot. The secret to only needing a small amount is placing a cold, damp cloth on my face and neck prior to applying any moisturizer. This permits me to easily spread the moisturizer before it soaks into my skin.
