The device is easy to use and comfortable, but it does take some practice to find the level that is right. I find it best without any conducive gel or water and I still get lifting in my skin. The vibrating function is comfortable and helps relax underlying muscle tension, so its nice to use a the end of the day. I have not noticed any eye twitching, but I keep it below my eye socket/ cheek bone. Follow the instructions and I think you will have success. Also be realistic about results; I use this along with other facial care as way to maintain good skin care.

She did mention it felt strong so she stays on the lower settings. The other thing to watch out for is the light. It turns on using the same power button on the handle so you'll want to avoid pressing it. And obvious don't point the light in your eye. The roller is pretty unique and does 360 while your massaging as well as pulsing. It seems to tighten the skin a bit with the workout. She's happy with it so far.
