   The first time is a bit slow but, once you figure it out it goes up very quickly. As other reviews have said the poles appear to be a bit flimsy so, I'll be looking to upgrade them soon, I think. I also put better line tensioners on but, that is a personal choice - the ones they give you work just fine. It's well made and a great bargain for the money, I'll be using it a lot

   The versatility of this thing is great. I have mounted it short side and long side on either side of my truck and off of the tailgate. I had better poles so only kept these as backup. If you mount it high you can't reach the window flap. Didn't rip or leak in high wind and light rain.

   I was looking for a nice cheap way of having shade while camping in my truck. This was the ideal product for that. It was assembled in the dark after we got to the campground late. The only thing that I didn't like was the cheap tent stakes. It is adjustable just by adding all the poles or leaving poles out. My truck sets a lot higher then a stock and fit really good with my lift/height.

   We have a small Riverside Retro 511 camper. It does not have an awning so this was the perfect solution! I put it together and in place alone and it took maybe 10 minutes. Takedown was just as easy. The suction cups are junk, buy better ones but the strings were enough to keep it in place. It was slightly breezy and the awning held its place!
