One of the batteries supplied with the unit malfunctioned and getting a replacement was as easy as mentioning it to them. The only difficulty was talking the boy into letting me have a turn.

The car can turn around and mostly not stuck, they are ideal for small children. Well packed. The design looks great and it seems that plastic is very good quality,rubber tires. Battery is decent getting about 30 minutes of hard use on about 60 minutes of charge.
