   This is a great device for exercising your wrist and forearm. To the naysayers who say "you won't use it" I say that I use mine nearly every day. I make it a part of my exercise routine which also includes a bowflex, free weights, an elliptical and a Versaclimber. I have had one of these units for the past at least 8 years. The last one I bought I bought in 2014 - it lasted a little over 3 years before the wire cable started to fray. I am very happy with these units and hope that this one lasts as long as the last one. It is true that it will last a lot longer if you don't use it , but I will not complain for 3 years of service from a device that costs so little. I find the device to be comfortable to use , easily adjustable and well made.

But other than that easy to use, no real set up and felt a good burn from it. Would be willing to spend a more if they come out with an adjustable forearm feature.

   Bought this for my husband for Christmas and he LOVES it! He uses it every night and has no complaints. He says the quality and sturdiness is great as well as a wide range in motion. I guess it does quite a workout on the arms/forarms. He likes to watch TV while laying on the floor and now does his arm exercises after lifting out. Other than being sore after using this forearm device he has no complaints and says it was the best gift!
