It looked like it was made properly and that it would be effective for stretching. She raved about it and I tried it as I have chronic plantar fasciitis. At first I was using a beach towel to stretch my foot but it kept slipping off and my heal slammed into the floor which made things worse. This will properly stretch your foot and will not slip off. Its a great product for anyone that has plantar fasciitis but I'd recommend you buy it directly from the company that makes it. We need to support small business in America more often before they are all gone.
