I experimented with a couple of other personal air coolers and they were just horrible and mostly just felt like having a small personal fan. This one was a level up in price and my last try. It works! It wasn't the hottest day to test it out but this little gem turn 80 degree air into 68 degree air and in a place that does not have air conditioning that is spectacular. My personal work space was definitely cooled down. One tank of water lasted about 6-7 hours. My skin felt so cool and comfortable! I'm looking forward to testing on a hotter day and in a dryer climate. It's about 47% humidity where I am now. If you are in a location where the humidity is less than 70% this will be perfect.

After reading reviews of this portable ac on multiple sites, I hesitantly gave it a shot. The big takeaways from the reviews were to use it close to you and not expect it to cool a room. Well it far exceeded all expectations. Within the first 2-3 hours of use my entire room dropped 5 degrees. Now that I'm using it regularly, I'm able to maintain a cooler temp in my room overall that's lower than the rest of the house (my room used to be the hottest room in the house). I have chronic illnesses/pain so I'm in bed A LOT and also prone to getting hot easily because of medications. This portable ac has made life tolerable again for me. There really are no words to express how much it has helped... especially in triple digit temps. I'll 100% be getting more of these once I'm able to.
